Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty covers defects related to workmanship and materials on all locksmith services performed directly by MB Key Solution LLC for a period of 90 days from the original service date.
Covered Services Include:
   •    Automotive key cutting and duplication
   •    Transponder key programming
   •    Ignition repairs and replacements
   •    Residential and commercial lock installations
   •    Lock rekeying services
Exclusions – Warranty Not Included In:
   •    Any lockout service (automotive, residential, or commercial)
   •    Any keys, locks, or hardware provided by the customer – If the customer provides their own key or hardware, the warranty does not apply to those items or the associated workmanship.
   •    Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or misuse
   •    Issues caused by third-party repairs, modifications, or alterations
   •    Normal wear and tear to locks and keys
   •    Damage caused by environmental factors (weather, flooding, fire, etc.)
Important Notice: If you provide your own key, lock, or related materials, MB Key Solution LLC does NOT offer warranty coverage for that job. Warranty protection applies only to materials and services provided directly by MB Key Solution LLC.
Warranty Claims Procedure (Receipt Required)
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase. A valid receipt is required for all warranty claims.
